A superb barn conversion in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside with a whole host of attractions within easy reach.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bathroom: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Air source underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Back garden with sitting-out area. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This superb barn conversion can be found in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside surrounded by fields, which on the right nights will offer stunning sunsets. Set around a pretty courtyard on the friendly owner’s working farm, as a former milking parlour it’s full of character, with exposed beams and a high vaulted ceiling. It boasts underfloor heating and makes a wonderfully cosy retreat for couples.
In nearby Middlewich (10 minutes) you’ll find ample amenities together with a beautiful meandering canal system perfect for towpath cycling or strolls, and 15 minutes in the other direction is the pretty half-timbered town of Nantwich which offers good shopping and quite uniquely a seasonal outdoor salt swimming pool. Halfway between Chester (45 minutes) and Manchester (60 minutes) the location is within easy reach of a whole host of visitor attractions including many National Trust properties such as Tatton Park, Little Moreton Hall and Dunham Massey which can all be reached in around 30 minutes. The castles of Beeston, Cholmondley and Peckferton can also be reached in around 30 minutes as can Delamere Forest and Wild Shore Delamere. Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium are around a 45-minute drive as is the Peak District National Park.
Swapping coast for countryside you can reach the coastal areas of North Wales and Liverpool in around an hour, or the thrills and spills of Britain’s premier theme park, Alton Towers. You really are spoilt for choice!

We had a lovely stay at the dairy while visiting family in the area.
We had a lovely stay at the dairy while visiting family in the area. Very quiet location. Cottage very warm and cosy. Comfortable bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. Close to Nantwich for historic buildings and plenty of restaurant options

A well presented, well equipped and clean cottage.
A well presented, well equipped and clean cottage. The owner was very helpful. A good base for exploring the area. Lovely place for eating at Church Minshull, The Badger Inn which also has electric car chargers.
