Perfect for weekend getaways, family holidays, or business retreats, this beautifully appointed home offers a spacious open-plan layout, a dedicated games room and a stunning outdoor entertaining area. With nearby cafes, coastal walking trails and the famous Middleton surf beach, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay.  
  
Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed home, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. Entering through the front door, the first bedroom on the left welcomes you with a single bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a chest of drawers and a free-standing fan. Ideal for solo travellers or kids. Just next door, the second bedroom is equally cosy, featuring a single bed, a bedside table, a lamp, a bean bag and a wardrobe for easy storage.  
  
Continue down the hall to find the vibrant games retreat, a haven for fun and relaxation. Equipped with a pool table, a plush floor rug, a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a split-system AC and a bean bag, it’s the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the coast. Beyond this, a third bedroom awaits with a comfortable queen bed, two bedside tables with matching lamps and a mirrored built-in wardrobe.  
  
The main bathroom is conveniently located nearby, offering a bath for soaking, a separate shower, a toilet, mirror and a stylish vanity with ample storage. Adjacent to the bathroom, a full-sized laundry room provides a washing machine, dryer, storage cupboards and a sink perfect for extended stays.  
Step outside to a beautifully decked, undercover alfresco area. With an eight-seater outdoor dining table, a spacious six-seater L-shaped lounge, two armchairs and a coffee table, this space is designed for long, leisurely afternoons. The lush lawn area is perfect for the kids to run around while you soak up the sunshine.  
  
Heading upstairs, you’re greeted by an elegant open-plan dining and living space. The dining area boasts a sleek six-seater table, seamlessly flowing into a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, bread maker, dishwasher, basic cookingware, basic diningware and a stylish island bench with three bar stools plus a bookshelf stocked with reads for both kids and adults. A tucked-away butler’s pantry provides additional storage, housing a microwave, kettle, toaster and a wine rack.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
