The location is excellent—perfectly situated with convenient access to both the east and west sides of Madison, making it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering the few questions we had quickly and kindly, which made the entire experience even smoother.One of the biggest highlights for us was the private fenced-in area, which was absolutely perfect for our dog. It gave us peace of mind and made traveling with a pet so much easier. The kitchen was another standout feature. It was fully stocked with everything we needed; I was even able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal, including a 15-pound turkey, and only needed to borrow three items! One does not expect to find a roasting pan, meat thermometer or a baster in the mix! You would only have to borrow two, as now there is a resident meat thermometer! The amenities were impressive as well. They boast an amazing laundry room, and the shower was so spacious it was definitely larger than the entire bathroom in our RV. We will be returning whenever we're in town for the winter. Highly recommended! ##### Jessi P. The property was perfectly appointed with all the little touches that made it ideal for a quiet couple's getaway just outside Madison. We drove nearly 8 hours north from Kansas City to get here, so imagine how wonderful it was to walk into a warm, cozy, welcoming house that had snacks on hand and a pizza delivery number front and center waiting for us! Best part of all - it was dog-friendly! Our dog immediately felt comfortable and at home, making it easier for us to kick back and relax. When it gets brisk outside in that north Midwestern winter, there's no place we'd rather cozy up than here! Thanks for everything - will definitely look you up again when we come back through.
