  • Stay comfortably in Middlesex at this 2-bedroom country house on a 42-acre property. The bedrooms feature a king bed, queen and full bunk bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With heating, WiFi, and AC, you'll have everything you need for a terrific stay. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, and there's even a living room with a reclining coach, a futon and sofa bed for additional space.     There is a large patio space in the backyard, a swing set, a basketball hoop, tether ball and lots of space to roam. There are trails in the woods, the house has a backup generator, and is quiet and private.

    The Acres at Potter is close to Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes. It is 20 minutes from Canandaigua, 10 minutes to Penn Yan and 15 minutes to Naples. There are two ski slopes and countless wineries and breweries nearby, with no end of things to do all year round!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The property was very well appointed and spacious. Our group really enjoyed the basketball hoop and tetherball. The beds were comfy and there is a lot to do nearby. We would absolutely return!

We loves our stay. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to make all our dinners.Rick was really responsive and we appreciated how helpful he was!

The property is amazing! The house was much more spacious than anticipated, which was great for 9 adults staying there. We definitely made use of the tetherball and basketball hoop. Rick was very helpful and communicated well. 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Huge living space when you 1st walk in, well equipped kitchen, so much room for anything you'd want to do from dinner, games, cards, TV just sitting around talking. We arrived on Dec 11th to find a beautiful Christmas tree up and decorated. Communication was at a 5 star level. Smugglers bar and grill at the end of the road was nice too. Likely to rebook this trip in the spring ! Thanks for EVERYTHING Rick !!!!!!
