"We were picked in an agreed time by Awdeh. We were then taken from Wadi Rum guest house by Hasim who was excellent driver. He took us out to all the prime viewing points in the Wadi Rum gor whole day trip. This included generous portions of traditional lunch. The camp is located at a prime spot from where sunset was amazing. The night stay in the camp was amazing. The team at the camp was very nice and looked after us very well. "Our recent stay at Palace Downtown was truly memorable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—elegant architecture, extraordinary grounds, and a serene atmosphere that made every moment feel special. There were plenty of excellent restaurant options on-site, offering variety and convenience without ever having to leave the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. It really felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. One front desk team member stood out—he greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and handled a room delay with genuine courtesy. He offered great advice on visiting the Burj Khalifa while we waited and later gave helpful restaurant recommendations. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. We highly recommend Palace Downtown and would gladly return. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, service, and style in the heart of Dubai. "

"The staff was so nice! They let us check in really early which made our jet lag so minimal! Everyone was very friendly and patient with my adult son with special needs even though he could be kind of annoying. The rooms and view were great. The food was delicious. We had a great time! "

"Staff were the best part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and although not perfectly clean, the hallways neither (I would never choose a black carpet ;)) it was clean enough for me. I and a great hot shower and spent a few hours at the beach to acclimate after a long flight. "
