« Otel odaları son derece kirliydi. Gösterilen birden fazla oda vardı, hepsi aynı derecede bakımsız ve pis durumdaydı. En sonunda mecburen birinde kaldık ama sıcak su yoktu, buz gibi suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Banyolar hijyenden tamamen uzaktı. Otelde sadece tek bir çalışan vardı ve şikayetimizi iletebileceğimiz bir yetkili bulamadık. Lobi bile otel binasının dışında, oldukça ilgisiz bir yerdi. Bu fiyata böyle bir hizmet asla kabul edilemez. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum! »

Je remercie l’ensemble de personnel qui a été très arrangeant et aidant (en terme de conseils pour les activités, les réservations de taxis ou encore mon early check out) pour ce fabuleux ce jour. "Très bel hôtel avec une magnifique architecture. Par contre le bassin et les fontaines animées sont en travaux jusqu’en octobre ce qui fait que l’hôtel est entouré de palissades…. Ce qui casse la vue environnante dommage. Le personnel est charmant et irréprochable. Très bien tenu. À côté de Dubai Mall et de burj khalifa."

"Neima at the reception is fabulous. Habib at the pool bar is super kind. The location of the hotel is UNIQUE. The food they serve is really tasty and good. On the other hand, music at the pool can continue until 4 am. if you like quiet nights and your room is pool view, forget about it! Also, reception is super nice but the rooms are really getting old and the hotel should need restyling! All in all, this is a good 4\* hotel. Pity as the potential is for a full 5!"
