"This is a great place to stay. I would say the staff could be nicer. The lockbox didn’t work when I arrived I messaged them right away and I was patient I waited for someone- it took about half hour or so, but the lady came and was like why didn’t you try this number etc and I was dumbfounded like - I messaged the number I was given not really up to me to find another number. Then I just found they should give more towels. The woman said why didn’t you ask and I was under the impression...

"Overall great experience, the staff was helpful and provided us a curated list of restaurants we must try out and made it simple to reserve the spa and gym facilities. In addition, we had some complications due to our ferry to Hvar being cancelled. They showed us alternative ferries we can book and printed the tickets for us. On top of this they provided us another hour for checkout. Its the small things they do that made the experiecne worthwhile."
