This eight floor cozy one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect seaside retreat, with both a sea and hinterland view that will take your breath away. The living room is bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable sitting and dining area where you can enjoy the stunning sea view. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities for your convenience. The apartment includes a bathroom with a bath and a single sink, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a peaceful view of the hinterland. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, with a folding bed for extra sleeping space. Pets are not allowed to maintain a quiet environment. Located right by the sea dike, the apartment has both a front and back terrace, offering ample space to relax outdoors. The front terrace provides a beautiful view of the sea, while the back terrace is perfect for unwinding in the sun with terrace chairs and loungers. The apartment also offers convenient amenities like a bicycle shed for those looking to explore the area on two wheels. The location is near a tram stop, making it easy to venture out and explore the surroundings. The apartment is equipped with electric accumulation heating, digital TV, Wi-Fi, and entertainment options such as a radio and DVD player. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mixer, and kettle. Additional amenities include a drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and a full set of bedding, including duvets for both single and double beds (160x200).  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
