We called the receptionist, and at first she said there were no other rooms available and offered us some spray for the smell??? I couldn’t believe it. She finally gave us another room after we made it clear we weren’t going to sleep in a dodgy bed, especially since there were weird stains on it too. Even the entrance smelled like pee and the room walls had strange marks running down them. Honestly, it was traumatizing."
