"not only front of house but even the cleaners and porters were exceptionally friendly and polite, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and trust me we have been around the world, hidden gem right on our door stop and breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake, who doesn't like to load up on a full English, going to try a mid week next time when town is less bust, hope this helps.
