"Stains on the, wall, sheets, pillows and beds. Was supposed to be two queens beds and it was two full beds. One bed did not have any blankets and both beds did not have a comforter. A sheet was used as a comforter. The fridge had no shelves. The showerhead, more water came out the top of it then the showerhead.. We had to tighten it back on. The vent did not work. The heater coming from the wall was coming off and made me sneeze whenever it came on. The window did not shut all the way and the curtain was broken. "

"Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception desk was terrible. She totally ignored me and was busy on the phone speaking Spanish. She took a good 10 minutes speaking Spanish on the phone before she turned to me. Just terrible. "

"I was supposed to check in Friday afternoon before a shift at a festival in the area. I had already paid in full for my 2 night stay. Checkin was at 3 and i had to be to work by 2. They would not allow me to check in even an hour early unless i paid a fee of $50. I also asked to use a restroom before i left for work and the person working said there was not one avaliable. No lobby hotel bathroom for paying guests? After work i was locked outside due to keys not working and there was no one at the desk. So i stood outside the office door for ten minutes before the receptionist showed up to help. The room was filthy. Blood splattered on the ceiling, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldnt drain, and the floors were disgusting and clearly not cleaned at all. I am very upset with this hotel and hope that there can be some kind of refund or a future room added to my account. The amount of problems i had with this hotel was absurd."

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"2 very thin sm towels, no bath mat, after using towels twice, asked at front desk for clean was told would have to ask permission from laundry. Canceled reservation 24 hour advance NO refund. No coffee, no iron, no sm necessities like most hotels offer. Never have I stayed at Red Roof Inn and NEVER will I stay again. "
