Main floor - king bedroom, queen bedroom, bathroom, large sun porch with futon and table, living room with two couches and fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and family room with spacious couch. Lower level - queen bedroom, two bunk beds (sleeps 4), bathroom, large living room with sleeper sofa and comfy over sized couch, beach shower, and laundry room. Coming up from the beach is easy with a rinse off area outside the house. Enjoy keyless entry to the so it makes accessing the house a breeze! Large 3 tiered deck with 6 person table, 4 sun chaises, plus 2 swivel/rocking chairs and a loveseat glider. 50" 4k smart TV that includes Hulu for your viewing enjoyment. Log into your own TV account and have access to your favorite programs. Unlimited wireless data. Plus 32" smart TV in the family room and another TV in the lower level. Washer/Dryer for your use. A Private driveway parking for 3 SUVs or 4 cars. There is plenty of public parking by the house, but it gets busy around weekends and holidays. The location is amazing...literally steps from a path that takes you straight to the beach, which is clean and gorgeous. Christy is super helpful and responsive, both before and during our stay. There are lots of things for the beach, boogie boards and sand toys and inflatable rafts. We wish there'd been more sun protection as we were flying in from out of town so it was very difficult to bring our own umbrellas/sunshades for the heat wave. But the listing does indicate to bring your own so it's not like it was a surprise! The house had just been cleaned before our visit, but could benefit from a deep clean. Perhaps b/c it was high season it had a lot of usage. We really appreciated being so close to the beach and having a large space to hang out in together. Neighbors were a little concerning as one house across the street looked abandoned. Three mattresses were sitting at the curb next door for trash day. Plenty of space for everyone, and lots of different hang-out spaces to be together. It is super close to the beach. We came in the off season and so didn't get to enjoy the big deck, but it looked like a lovely space for relaxing. The host's communication was excellent and very helpful. With 25 years of celebrating Thanksgiving together, this was the most relaxing one yet. Perfect late fall weather made the location on the beach incredible! The house was cozy, comfortable, and fit us just right. We used the fireplace and the deck, the "kids" who are no longer kids at all totally enjoyed the bunk room, we cooked and laughed, played silly games and made plans, and enjoyed time together in beautiful Sheridan Beach. ##### Melinda M. There was plenty of room, and a great enclosed deck for little kids to roam. They allowed pets, which let us bring a dog to share the family time. The only downside was the HOT weather! The house is very spacious with sitting areas in multiple spots for private time amongst couples if required. The deck was a great hangout spot for everyone. The home had everything we could’ve ask for. Our favorite thing about the house was how close it was to the beach. It’s a short,(5min) walk through a sand dune to get there. If you don’t have small children walking you could get there in 2 min! The owner and myself had open communication and she responded within minutes if I had a question.
