This property sits on Petticoat Lake, has an L-shaped dock with a 20ft bench, 2 single Kayaks and 1 canoe, and has a sauna for guest to enjoy. Furthermore, it can sleep up from 5- 7, has a grill, and a firepit so the whole family can enjoy the outdoors at Loon's Cove. It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground. I would recommend bringing drinking water if you do not like hard well water. I made crystal light, ice, coffee with tap water but drank bottled water. This house has old cottage charm and has been well maintained. Watch your step going in and out of the sun porch the concrete has shifted over the years and you have to step over the door frame to uneven/ cracked concrete that is under the rug. Not a big deal but my 70 year old mom with a bad knee and 4 year old nephew had to be careful. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery. ##### Dawn I.
