Very quite two bedroom 1bath lakefront cabin. Great fishing ,ATV trails ,hiking,snowmobiling, or just relaxing Cabin comes fully furnished and has canoe,paddles,life jackets ,outdoor fire pit,with free firewood , lake has pike,smallmouth bass , largemouth bass , walleye ,crappie and perch .Plenty of wildlife around Moose, Deer, Owls,Loons.Very quite area and lake does not have much traffic One bedroom on first floor ,bathroom on first floor and loft bedroom . Full kitchen with electric stove /oven ,fridge, microwave, coffee pot, all utensils glasses and plates and silverware. Front deck with propane gas grill . Towels ,bed linens provided , great cellphone coverage . Marquette is about 45 miles . Lake Superior only 25 miles . Fortunate to see beautiful fall colors everywhere! The cabin had everything we needed & as listed/pictures & on the lake. We didn’t use the boat or canoe but they were provided as listed & the dock was very nice & picturesque as was the trail down to it. Beautiful wooded yard with deck & separate fire pit below with at least 6 chairs. Family friendly, lots of games supplied & good internet. Smart TV has only 10 or so channels but has some apps like Netflix & a DVD player. But who is there for the TV??!! We had great communication with the owners before, during & at checkout. We really enjoyed our stay! The owner provided only one bundle of wood with promises of more. We ended up buying 5 bundles of wood at 5.00 each at a local business. The 60 a day rowboat and motor was another disappointment. Once we finally got the motor started it shook the boat like crazy and kept cutting out. After we had departed the premises I was contacted by the owner and offered a free day with the boat and motor during our next stay to compensate for us having to purchase all the firewood; it was a little late to be offering that, there will not be a next stay. ##### Michael G. It was absolutely perfect. It was in a gorgeous secluded location, clean and the hosts were amazing. From the day we booked until we checked in the hosts offered information by reaching out by text and also answering our questions. It was easy to explore all areas of the UP by being able to jump on 41 and start our day. We spent a day in the Keweenaw, a day starting in the neighboring towns of Ishpeming & Negaunee and then up to Marquette and Big Bay. I would definitely book this cabin again. ##### Bec P. Centrally located to Picture Rocks, Porcupine Mountains, Copper Harbor. Quite, super clean, decorated tastefully, and up to date. Host was very responsive! Cabin was perfect My dad, brother and I all stayed here for the weekend and we were thoroughly impressed. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable as well. The house didn’t have a/c but was nice and cool all weekend with no problem. Plus there’s fans that Mike provides in the cabin as well. The property was great, the trail to the dock is steep but manageable, my 62 year old father did it no problem. The lake is calm and not many people on it from what we seen. Tried fishing from the dock but nothing seemed to bite that day. This cabin is the perfect location for day trips, especially copper harbor. I would definitely stay here again, it was worth every penny. ##### brandon p. Mike makes it super easy to stay there so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your stay. Mike is more than willing to offer advise on the best local places to visit and check out for a family staying at this home. Very peaceful and secluded in a great way. I have stayed there 3 times and will be staying many more times in the future. ##### Russell J. We loved our getaway here! Property was secluded, clean and quiet. We enjoyed canoeing on the beautiful lake as well as grilling in the backyard. The cabin was quaint and located near many nice hikes. Our first visit was in 2021\. We like the location of the cabin for taking day trips to Copper Harbor, Lake of the Clouds in the Porcupine Mountains, and Marquette.
