"Beautiful single family home in a centrally located wynwood arts district, 3 smart TVs to enhance your stay. very quiet neighborhood, great backyard with spa tub (cold temp no heat) , heated pool and BBQ. Perfect location within walking distance to wynwoods artsy scene, loads of restaurants and nightlife. 10 min to south beach and brickell.  
this home does not disappoint

We want to take this time to go over the linens provided for daily use, expectations, as well as the extra service provided.  
  
There is a pre-determined number of bath towels, pool towels, and washcloths/ hand towels left in each home. Enough linens are provided for our guests for their stay. Detergent is also provided that can be used to wash these towels during their stay. We understand that guests may not want to be burdened with washing and drying linens during their travels, but this is an stay, not a hotel with a 24 hour service.  
  
We are offering an extra service for those guests who prefer more linens. For a $50 charge, we will deliver 7 white towels, 7 pool towels, 6 hand towels, and the old linens will be picked up. We really appreciate your patronage and wish to provide you with the tools to make your stay absolutely perfect.
