The space  
Welcome to one of the most uniquely renovated units in Hallandale and Hollywood beach.  
  
Situated on the 8th floor, our wonderful condo offers both, city and ocean views. With clean, crisp and meticulous finishes, you are walking into a wonderful and inviting space that will absolutely transform the way you spend your time in South Florida.  
  
\- As you walk in, you’ll notice the vibrant and live vibe of the entire home. Huge living room and dining area, along with a beautiful separate, and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  
  
\- There are 2 massive bedrooms. One of them with a king sized bed, an en-suite newly renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower and a walk-in closet.  
  
\- The other bedroom has 2 double beds, a huge closet and also a huge, newly renovated bathroom as well.  
  
\- Carefully handpicked artwork and furniture compliments the entire apartment, along with TVs in the living room and each bedroom.  
  
\- There is a Nespresso machine that you may use to enjoy a morning brew!  
  
\- The building features a 24hr attended lobby, valet parking, a gym, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and a private pool. There is also an ATM in the lobby, so you do not have to cross the street and go to 7/11.  
  
\- If you'd rather hit the beach, please take the service elevator downstairs, walk outside and take a 1-minute walk down the beach path!  
  
\- On Ocean Drive, you’ll find a wonderful selection of restaurants of various and delicious cuisines. Of course, you can always just order in, if you’re worn out from swimming all day!
