If you’re heading to the beach, simply take the service elevator downstairs, walk outside, and enjoy a quick one-minute stroll down the beach path. On Ocean Drive, you’ll find a wide variety of excellent restaurants—or feel free to order in after a long day in the sun. ⸻ 🔑 Guest Access You’ll have access to the entire apartment except for one locked owner’s closet. ⸻ ⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER – Building Recertification Work Dear Guests, please note the following: Building Recertification Notice: The property is currently undergoing its required 50-year recertification, which includes scheduled window replacement and exterior restoration throughout the building. Guests should expect to see scaffolding on the exterior of the building and around the pool area. The pool remains accessible, but portions of the surrounding area may have scaffolding present. Intermittent construction noise may occur during standard working hours (approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Please note that construction sequencing is controlled by building management and contractors and may change with little notice. When work reaches a unit’s vertical line, certain exterior features—such as balconies or windows—may be temporarily inaccessible while crews complete their work. Girl at desk check-in (Kellyce) not sure of spelling, was Awesome :) I had the opportunity to chat a bit with her while I waited for my pizza delivery. Other attendants at desk were friendly as well as the valet attendants… Text with Host Erion was easy & quick responses. Patagonia Cafe across the street was delectable!! My husband enjoyed the pizza shop next to it. Hollywood Boardwalk area by Margaritaville was a FUN place to shop, eat, drink, dance, people watch! Probably within walking distance but we drove and used parking garage. It is very conveniently located: 2 minutes walk to the beach, and 5 minutes drive away from many restaurants and shops. It is recently renovated in modern style and is very clean, has 2 large bedrooms and each with it's own bathroom. There are beach kit including beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. Everything was clean and well kept. We had an issue with the tub not draining and the host sent a plumber very quickly. The place is large and should be able to accommodate 6 people with no problem. Although we did not cook the kitchen was well stocked. There is a 30 fee with the property for a fob to access certain areas and 10 daily valet parking. Both are paid at check in. This was a trip for my son's 16th birthday, and we brought three of his friends. We wanted to stay close to Hollywood Beach, and needed two bedrooms so the boys could all fit. This condo was perfect for us, with a short drive to the Hollywood Broad Walk! Very spacious condo, great property staff (especially the valet parking guys!) and close to everything we needed. Check in was smooth, getting the car in and out of valet parking was a breeze, and we were close to grocery stores and 7/11 for my morning coffee. We used the beach chairs provided a few times, very convenient. The property owner provided detailed instructions for everything so we knew exactly what to do at check in and check out. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. We had more than enough beach and shower towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I did buy extra bathroom tissue and paper towels, because... teenage boys... There was some construction on the building while we were there but we didn't notice while upstairs in the condo. The building is kept very clean, and even when it got busy the elevators came pretty quickly. We had a wonderful stay! ##### Charlotte L. The check in and check out process was very easy and the host is very easy to communicate with. Great location with being able to walk right onto the beach, pool access and grocery stores near by. Property owner was quick to reply with questions, once we arrived. Some nice beach amenities available. This property is right next to a fire hall so you do hear the sirens when they exit the hall but it seems to only be long enough for them to get onto the roadway and they turn them off. The property could use a couple more places to sit for a 2 bedroom place. The one couch isn't quite enough. ##### Curtis and Kyla R.
