DESAGREABLE ET INCOMPETANT !
Aucune sécurité à l'entrée par les valets de l'Hôtel lorsque nous avions eu un problème avec une personne à l'extérieur, DEVANT l'Hôtel. Carte de crédit donné pour la caution, mais la facturation a été créditée DE NOUVEAU sur la carte. Manager incompétent nous annonce que le prix de la caution était du montant de notre séjour à plus de 1300 euros. C'est une BLAGUE... Un autre employé nous informe que l'Hôtel a bien fait une erreur mais trop difficile à admettre apparemment. Aucunes compétences professionnelles. Aucune sécurité pour un hôtel soit disant 5 étoiles... Remboursement qui met plus d'une semaine et qu'i n'est d'ailleurs toujours pas résolu !!! La responsable du bar de la piscine est DESAGREABLE au plus haut point. Manque de professionnalisme encore une fois. Il va falloir réapprendre les bases de l'hôtellerie a vos employés car je n'ai jamais connu un service aussi médiocre de toute ma vie.

Magnifique hotel
Hotel vraiment très beau, rien à reprocher à part éventuellement le prix du parking à 36 dollars la nuit que je trouve excessif, chambre très belle avec balcon, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, gel douche shampooing de super qualité, piscine magnifique ainsi que la vue, nous avons été accueilli par Pedro qui est vraiment très bien, très sympa accueillant et qui parlait le francais, si vous faites un voyage à Miami il faut loger dans cet hotel et vous ne serez sûrement pas déçu de votre séjour, nous avons pris cet hotel pour notre dernière nuit à Miami et si nous avions su avant la qualité de cet établissement nous aurions fini par 3 nuits ici,dommage pour nous, bref pour un séjour parfait à Miami il faut loger ici.

Deux nuits en famille avant de reprendre l'avion. Hôtel au coeur du quartier d'affaire de Miami, Downtown. Pas très éloigné d'un petit centre très animé le soir avec bars et restaurants de tous types. Superbe suite de 73 m3 avec salon chambre, 2 wc et grande salle de bain (douche + baignoire). Très belle piscine sur le toit et spa incroyable. Petit déjeuner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel a côté de le piscine.

Superbe hôtel très branché, décoration d'inspiration Starck et rococo. Sublime et immense piscine en rooftop, le spa aussi vaut le détour. Personnel aux petits soins, nous avons même eu droit à un surclassement. Les chambres sont grandes et fonctionnelles. En tant que client de l'hôtel vous bénéficiez d'un accès vip à la boite le club 50. Bref que du positif, à recommander sans hésiter pour un séjour bling et chic !

This was THE WORST Hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. No breakfast, no functioning restaurant. And when you order from outside, it took them 22 minutes to brin it to my room. It was of course cold and unedible. The room was so noisy, I couldn't sleep without my earplugs. Even then I heard noises. Manager was rude and not helpful at all. I would never stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The rooms could use a little upkeep as the wall paper in some areas was beginning to peel. The noise was pretty bad as well as our room was facing Brickell which is always busy and plenty of honking going on. There is nothing the hotel can do about that and after dark it gets a lot better.

Hotel room was nicely designed with high end finishes but it was dated. There was cracked tile, lamp switches were old and just laying behind the desk so you had to search for them. There was a glass lamp shade in the bathroom missing. Most items were worn. Sheets had long strings that got caught around my neck. The toiletries were Italian and great. The onsite restaurant had very slow service, the food was mediocre but drinks were good - waiters/staff were great. View from the hotel and restaurant were amazing! For the price, overall, I expected more.

The only real negative was the $42/night parking. They’re sneaky because the charge by hour. So you get to 10-24 hours is $42. So I wonder who stays at least 1 night but only parks for 9.5 hours? It’s literally impossible if you drive here. This is a sneaky way to say “it’s hourly” when in reality it’s not. So maybe park somewhere else or Uber in.

Under förväntan till en 5 stjärners hotell som ingår i W hotell kjedjan. Dåligt utbud med en restaurant med lite smakfull mat och champage som blev hällt över i en plastflaska och serverat i plastmugg. Tog allt för lång tid att få service vid poolområdet. Generellt väldigt dåligt. Borde varit fler anställda som tog hand om sina gäster. Rummet var superfräscht och bra men thats it. Lätt men dyrt att parkera bilen. I helhet, inte värt det. Ett 5 stjärnor hotell borde ha mer att bjuda på!

Not the type of housekeeping I expected from this
The hotel is wonderful however it is old. Wallpaper on walls and lampshades was covered with dust. Toilet was not cleaned. While someone made the bed, it appeared that furniture was not wiped down after the previous guest with fingerprints everywhere. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and have never experienced this type of poor housekeeping.

Generally a nice place to stay. The area is great for dining and walking around. The room was very clean and the decor was fun. A great mini bar selection too. The location however was very loud. Loud music and loud cars all night. We went to use the gym in the morning at the opening time (6am) and everything was still locked and no lights in the hallway.

I was asked for a compulsory payment of USD 20 per person per day in advance for cost that I could have during my time there. Even if I didn´t spend I was charged. This is clearly a hidden cost that is not acceptable. All the other things are really benchmark. the attention from the people working there, including the people in the restaurant are in the highest level possible. Congratulations.
