The Airbnb had a wonderful view from the balcony; the ocean, the pools, and planes every once in a while. It was very beautiful at night because everything was lit up. The Airbnb itself was the same as the pictures, except for the bathroom. The bathroom was the worst part of our experience. The bathroom was very outdated, the tiles made it feel like it is the 1900’s, and there were light brown stains on the sink. After a long day of touring Miami, this was the worst thing to come back to. My kids loved this Airbnb, but after seeing the bathroom, they were VERY excited to go back home. The main trash can in the kitchen is also broken. Other than that, the free parking is very convenient, and the staff at this apartment building are very friendly. There are plenty of amenities here such as 2 pools, a hot tub, a gym, however we did not use these. The area of this apartment is also in the quieter part of the city of Brickell, so there isn’t a lot of loudness, and chaos. It is one of the safest places in Miami. The apartment has a lot of security, inside and outside. There is a Publix, CVS, and a 7/11 nearby and there is a very nice restaurant nearby called American Social with amazing food. The host’s communication skills are very good, he responded to all my questions in a very timely manner.
