Things to know: \- One-time payment FOB charge of $30 (a key is given to you. If lost, report it to the front desk) \- Pets are not allowed \- Valet Parking: $100USD per week / 2 weeks - $125USD / 3 weeks - $150USD / 4 weeks - $175 USD. \- Package reception is $7. \- A laundry card will be left inside the apartment. Condo was exactly as described and pictured. Nice view of the water from the balcony. Large space inside, very comfortable and well furnished. The building itself has a great gym, a small cafe/shop that will deliver food to you at the pool or on the beach. The beach is easily accessible - just walk out the doors, past the pool area and you're on a beautiful, big beach! The owner's communication and responsiveness with us all week was outstanding.
