Two bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area on the 26 floor of the Luxury BeachWalk Resort overlooking the Biscayne Bay and the Ocean. Enjoy watching all the boats in this full Ceramic floor Condo and patio, Large 4K TVs, free internet, Infinity edge pool overlooking beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and Beach access, surrounded with Restaurants, shopping and many fun things to do. You will be comfortable in this spacious and unique private Condominium.  
  
The Space:  
The master suite is a king size bedroom set full of light, served with a 55 inch 4K smart TV, Alexa Music a touch nightstand lights. The second bedroom has 2 contemporary design double bedroom set with shadow lights. You will find the elegant working space here, equipped with HDMI connection to the 55 inch 4K smart TV for your presentation testing, a separate landline phone ready with free calls anywhere in USA & Canada. Your Luxurious living area is well decorated with exotic posters, expandable dining area, fully electric recliner set and a 75 inch 4K Smart Sony TV.

The Neighborhood:  
Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):  
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes  
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes  
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes  
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes  
  
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:  
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or  
charges incurred during your stay.  
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.  
  
Valet Parking (Optional):  
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes  
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes  
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes  
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes  
  
Package Handling:  
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes  
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM  
  
Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs  
Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
