There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement NO SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. CHECK-IN Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. CHECK-OUT Standard check-out time is 11 AM. LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Since there is central air conditioning, unfortunately not enough comes through to the Master Bedroom. Building amenities awesome. Beds comfortable. Plenty of space. Could use more bath towels, at least one roll of paper towels, and a DEEP CLEAN! Several dishes in the cupboard were visibly dirty: coffee stains in mugs and dirty glasses. Many walls/doors/light switches were dirty, as were the floors. Walking barefoot or in white socks left our feet black. Overall, would consider staying here again because of location and building, but would be aware of what is lacking. ##### michelle c.
