LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action. Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel. PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away. This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the second floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking. WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc) You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home. It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action. \- Great dinning experiences. \- Marina and water activities \- 24 Hour Gym \- Shopping \- Public Yoga Sessions at the Peacock Park (call the park for info) \- Public Library. \- Public Free Transportation (Trolley) within The Coconut Grove area \- Great for biking, jogging or walking. \- Minutes driving to Brickell, Downtown, and Key Biscayne. There are Coin Washer & Dryer on the first floor $2.00 per wash cycle. $2.00 per dry cycle. There were no hand towels or face towels and once we reached out to the host they responded right away but we never got what was needed. Reached out again and didn’t get a response for about 9 hours. The fridge was dirty although we didn’t use and the bathroom door didn’t lock. Other than that the place was comfortable and clean enough for the short stay. ##### Jamie B.
