Construction or repair work by residents is permitted only on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (excluding major holidays), in accordance with city code, and no noisy work is allowed on weekends. Unexpected maintenance by the building may also arise with little notice. For any disturbances during quiet hours (10pm–7am), please contact the front desk so security can address the issue promptly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. There is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance.
