- Minimum age for booking is 21. No exceptions
- We ask that you have booked for the correct number in your group, including children ALL guests MUST be registered as required by our insurance carrier.
- No smoking allowed inside the house
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Marijuana is prohibited at all times. Your reservation will be cancelled without refund at the discretion of the host.
- Underage drinking / Drugs / Weapons / Firearms / Bad behavior- Illegal, defiant, malicious, or disrespectful activity of ANY KIND WILL NOT be tolerated.
- No one under the legal drinking age may consume alcohol on/in the premises. Your reservation will be cancelled without refund at the discretion of the host.
- The condition of the home is documented with photos before and after each guest. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges. We do understand accidents happen. In order for us to prepare for the next guests we need to know if something needs to be replaced or repaired. Please do not try and hide damages, chances are we will not charge if you are honest and the cost is minimal.
- Excess Cleaning if the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the property in, an additional $250+ cleaning fee will be assessed. Stained linens (body fluids, food, drink etc. will be assessed case by case) Replacing linens after each guest is not a cost of doing business and is NOT part of your cleaning fee. We ask you do not eat or drink in beds to help prevent these types of stains.
- Children: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children both physically and for any damage they may cause via willful misconduct or intentional acts. Please also do not allow children to eat outside of the kitchen.
- We provide a dust pan, broom and vacuum cleaner, you can find it on laundry room, please use them carefully.
- We provide a few trash bags for the bathrooms and Kitchen bin. We think that they are enough for your stay, we kindly ask that if you need more trash bags bring your own.
- We will provide and initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, hand Soap and dish soap, laundry pods and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body soap). Additional household items will be purchased by the guest.
- The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.
- You will have a fully equipped kitchen. However, We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as oil, spices etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you are interested on cook.
- MAINTENANCE: Routine maintenance may occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to monthly pest control, lawn care, valet trash services and more! As long as the host provided proper notice before entry, the guest cannot refuse to the let the tech enter the rental property. In emergencies, the host may enter the rental property without notice. Most maintenance is scheduled between stays but there may be times when our service providers are unable to do so.
-Please do NOT to flush anything other than toilet paper. NO feminine hygiene products, NO paper towels, NO flushable wipes- these WILL clog the sewer system and cause a backup. If maintenance is called to the home to clear clogs or items from our drains, you may be financially responsible for any potential damage! We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay.
