We were very happy that our hosts had taken care of us and had left water bottles in the fridge (even a bottle of white wine - thanks again for that). We called the phone number given various times and no-one answered and we did not get any call back. We had to go to the front desk to ask them for assistance and later an employee showed up with the information and charged us the balance.
