Welcome to one of Miami’s most luxurious and perfectly located residences! Situated right across from Bayfront Park, this stunning high-rise offers unbeatable convenience—no car needed for Ultra Music Festival. Located on Biscayne Boulevard, you’re steps from top restaurants, bars, and attractions. Just 5 minutes away, find the Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace.  
Enjoy a modern smart residence with breathtaking bay and city views! This condo of 1135 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip. The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful and comfortable for your stay.  
The kitchen has everything you need including top-of-the-line appliances such as a glass top stove, oven, toaster, a Nespresso coffeemaker, cooking pots, and utensils followed by the dining area with a table for 6 people and access to the balcony with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay where you can sit back and enjoy amazing sunsets!!!  
The living room has a comfortable full-size sofa bed along with a Smart TV The master bedroom includes 1 king-size bed, 1 full bath, a small closet, and direct access to the balcony.  
The Secondary Bedroom has a 1 Queen-size bed, 1 full bath, a small closet, and direct access to the balcony.  
The Third Bedroom has 2 Single beds, a closet, and 1 full bath.  
Inside you'll find bath and hand towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.  
\- Upon your arrival go to the front desk present your ID (To check in you have to be 21+), and tell them your unit number so they can confirm your registration and check you in.
