Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. They can also enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and laundry room. A private entrance ensures privacy. Each reservation includes one free parking spot in the driveway. Valet parking is available for an additional fee, paid directly to the valet service. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.

Conveniently located in the heart of Miami, our apartment offers easy access to various transportation options. Valet parking is available on-site for a fee. For those looking to venture further, you're just a short ride away from popular Miami destinations like Brickell, Wynwood, and South Beach. Public transportation options are readily accessible, providing seamless connections to the wider city and beyond. Travel times to major transit hubs and airports are also convenient.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby to receive assistance. You will need to present a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation. You will receive a keycard to access the elevator and your floor. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request for an additional fee. One parking spot is provided. Please review all house rules.

DO NOT BOOK WITH MVR Travel! We have NEVER had such a bad experience. I reached out to MVR at least 4 or 5 times the day before and the day we were due to check-in to confirm my reservation and request an early check in. I received the same standard reply from an bot each time and could not reach a human. Finally, at check-in time, I hadn’t received the room code and couldn’t reach anyone. MRV went radio silent. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us a key card to access the room anyway. As my husband was taking our bags up to the room, I received a random message stating that our ENTIRE STAY HAD JUST BEEN CANCELLED. The claim was that the AC hadn’t been working properly and they didn’t want to inconvenience us. However, my husband reached the room before we received this message and THERE WERE STILL PEOPLE IN IT, with an AC that was working just fine. MRV lied. We were literally in the lobby of the hotel, having flown across the country with limited choices to stay on a Friday night in Miami. Do not use this company to book the Arya EVER!
