There was a water issue a few floors above which left us with no use of toilets and showers.. and was finally fixed at 6:30 pm. After we checked out.. we wanted use of a quick shower and was given such a hard time in the gym. It shouldn’t be that hard to use a shower for 10 minutes. I was told it was busy and occupied when in fact .. there was not 1 person in the gym shower. ##### dawn b.
