Pretty Good For Price

Close to beach, easy valet parking, very nice and helpful staff, surprisingly good restaurant. Room had some issues, bed linens were old and stained (not dirty), should have been replaced long ago, we were told the new ones hadn't arrived. A/C was impossible to regulate, too cold when you went to bed, too hot in the middle of the night. Shower door leaked all over bathroom floor. Weird small stainless steel sink, prison theme? Bathroom layout was odd, door blocked toilet and there was a door to a balcony (what for?). However, our daughters bathroom had none of these issues.

Very close to the beach

One block away from the beach and very close to Starbucks, amazing restaurants and all of the action of ocean drive. Staff is really nice and professional, the restaurant downstairs serves very good food. There was a mix up with my room in the beginning and I was annoyed because I couldn't rest after long travel, but it was resolved the same day. Also there was no wifi for the entire length of my stay so I had to do my work in Starbucks. Other than that great boutique hotel, not crowded and good for quiet getaway

We were in town for Art Basel and this hotel is very convenient to Untitled and Scope. On the downside, the hotel only provides one small bar of soap, no bath/shower gel. We had one hand towel for two people even when asking for more. Hotel room was very nice, public lounge area was beach chic decorated, cute. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Reception staff, Adriana, was very helpful with check-in/out and future bookings. they charge $12.50 for a bath robe, slippers and towel

Close to everything but quiet

Hotel is very close to the beach and the nightlife but is very quiet at night. Restaurant downstairs is very good.

Wonderful location steps away from the beach

Great views from the partial ocean view room to the rooftop pool area. The staff was amazing and helpful with everything. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. Walking distance to other restaurants, and shopping and just steps away from the beach.

terrible customer service

Whoever raved about their customer service is crazy. I booked this place for two reasons: location and customer service. One of the two was awful and it was not the location. We booked a king room and when I got there and checked in, we got our room after waiting fifteen minutes. Once we went up, I saw that the room had double beds. I went back down to show proof of my king bed reservation and the man told me they "had no more." Meanwhile, he gave it away to the couple before us. The hotel only has 18 rooms so they really should be aware of the rooms that were booked at the TIME OF BOOKING. My husband has back issues, therefore we had to sleep separately on his birthday vacation. The man offered to give us a king the following day which I agreed to, but then never followed up or offered us any kind of compensation. It's like they did not care. Very poor customer service. Water in shower was luke warm... There was no hand soap...the rim on the glass shower door was cracked and my husband almost cut his hand open. I expected so much more of this hotel after reading reviews!!!!! The location was walking distance to beach and all restaurants. The rooftop pool was adorable, but trust me I could've gotten a better hotel and better service for this price. Lastly, at checkout, their printer wasn't working and he could not print me a receipt. I asked them to email it and here we are two days later with no receipt! Despite the nice rooftop pool, I would never recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great! Close to the beach, very clean and modern. The staff and service on the other hand is very unorganized and far from professional. The valet parking misplaced my friends car, yes you read correctly. She requested her car to be pulled up and while she was waiting a car arrived, but it wasn't hers! Eventually the guy working at the front desk had to leave and go help the guys from an outside company they use find my friends car. You pay 29$ for this service and they lose your car. When I checked out I refused to pay for the valet, thankfuly I received that money back in my accout at check out. I booked through Expedia and prepaid for two nights. After my friends car being misplaced and other unpredictable circumstances I decided that checking out after one night would be best. I was told by their management that I would be refunded the money for the night I did not stay at the hotel. Since I booked through Expedia I was told I had to request the refund from them and if expedia needed more information to simply call and my stay of only one night would be verified. It has now been over a week, multiple phone calls and emails and yet the issue still isn't resolved. Not to mention, the price I paid expedia and the price that was on my bill upon check out was significantly different. I will continue to call both the hotel and expedia untill my refund that I was told I was going to receive is in my bank account.

Great Stay!

Pros: Location, friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms
Cons: No complaints or recommendations.
Location: It's on South Beach / Ocean Drive so there is easy beach access with lots of restaurants and bars close by.
We had a very nice stay here. The location was great as we were on Ocean Drive, but just at the end of all of the action, so it was quiet when we were ready to call it a night. The beach is just across the street so it is only a short 3-5 minute walk. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Everything was clean. The rooftop pool was nice. All in all, it was just a great stay and I will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we go to Miami/South Beach!
