The owner was completely prepared for our visit, which is more than we can say about earlier visits to other units at this property. Although the unit is small, it is well organized. There are no bedrooms; however, this bachelor unit has two queen beds rather than two doubles along with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bath/shower combo as well as a helpful wall bar for the handicap, which I am. A beautiful view from the balcony, and quite quiet for South Beach. Thanks ##### Stanley N. Plenty of space in the period i come. I have this apartment for the 3rd time and if I would not have this place, I 'd not come to Miami anymore. Before i found Mr. Navarro apartment, I had really bad apartment, no view, no amenities. I love the position of it on Lincoln road, so I am close to shops and restaurant and the ocean in front. I stayed for December 2017 and January 2018 at a lovely studio at the Decoplage Condomium on 100 Lincoln Road, owned by Will and Maggie Navarro. It was on the 11th floor overlooking both park below and Miami Beach and the Ocean. Balcony view is great! The place was clean and neat and provided me with everything that I needed for an eight week stay. I thought that the price was very reasonable considering that the Lowe's is on the right and the Ritz-Carlton is on the left, both high end rentals and I paid a fraction of that cost staying in the Navarro family's rental unit. This building is located in the heart of South Beach right across the street from the Ritz Carlton. It was renovated last year and it now boasts of a new pool, new gym, new elevators, impact windows and extended balconies. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The beach is 20 feet away from the building with only the boardwalk separating the two. The apartment is nice sized with all amenities and a brand new air conditioner. It includes wifi and cable TV.
