It was one of the best shuttle services that I have ever experienced. The room was spacious, and the kitchen amenities were good. Great bathroom products, and breakfast was always on time. The gym was adequate and always had fresh towels and cleaning wipes, not to mention functional equipment. However, I do have some complaints. The headboard and its lights were very dusty. The bed was too soft, with a huge sink across the middle of the bed, which I told housekeeping. Nothing was done about it. Being charged for shipping and handling of delivered packages is a complete rip-off, especially inquiring about it beforehand and being told "at no charge". Moreover, having to request the front desk to inquire about my packages every time at the security checkpoint, which takes at least 20 minutes, and have them delivered from the security locker to my room. This was completely frustrating because the room number was on all packages, and why does the security keep it until the customer requests it knowing that after 48 hours of holding, it incurs a fine? That was an upsetting ordeal.
