Your security deposit hold is released at check-out. If you used a credit card the funds release within a few days. If you used a debit card, it can take up to 3 weeks for your bank to release funds. The length of time depends on your banks policy. Please check with your bank if the funds have not been released. Please note, you will not see a refund, the hold will release.

Unfortunately I can’t give a higher rating, solely because my room had an infestation of German roaches. In the evening I only noticed a couple of small ones, so zipped my luggage and didn’t worry about it. In the morning, they were all over the floors. Hopefully the property can get this under control. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was fine. It just needs to be bug free. :/

This property is very “tired”, but the staff was outstanding! We needed a post-cruise, pre-flight day room, and they got us into a room at 9:00am! Very accommodating and courteous. Unfortunately, without our own vehicle, we were in a very isolated area, so there wasn’t much to do. Great eatery next door, though, and free shuttle to the airport!!!!

I chose to stay at this hotel because it offers free airport pick up from Fort Lauderdale and free shuttle service to the cruise port.. it was only to sleep in for the night before our cruise so it served its purpose. Nothing around this hotel.. an over priced food truck in the parking lot was the only dinner option. Luckily right next door was a another hotel that had a restaurant attached to it so we ate there.

There was a large green booger with a nose hair in the middle of the wall in the bathroom. The floor was really dirty....I had a shower and a few min after getting out and walking around the room my feet were dirty. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The linen was clean. I wouldn't stay again cause the booger really disturbed me.

Staff were amazing except night person didn’t go out of his way to help anyone. Day staff were so friendly and helpful. Manager was so outgoing when we needed so help.

Phones didn't work in either room. A/c didn't work in 1 room and barely worked in the other. Staff were gruff to put it mildly and aggressively rude to put it accurately. Mosquitoes and sand fleas or bed bugs in both rooms. Forced to leave deposit... Who does that?!?! STAY AWAY

Dirty, stinks like cigarette smoke, access to the rooms is very inconvenient, there were kids screamingoast 1:00 a m aplaying at the pool, a lot humidityin the rooms, overallhorrible experience. The only reason I didn't cancel the reservation was because I paid ahead. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is so shabby. Ferrell cats roam all around the pool area using the landscape area as a litter box. Absolutley no amenities. Such as breakfast area. The pool was not heated and locked a lot of the time. Room smelled like weed. That being said it has a new office/ entrance being built but it will have a long way to go to clean up the interior of the building.

I am disappointed with this booking. 1. The instructions to find the shuttle were useless. 2. The number to contact the Red Carpet Inn was ineffective as a recorded message answered that it was a spam number. 3. When I finally got through to the central reservation hotline I was told there was no longer a shuttle available at that time. 4. Your website should never have proposed a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, it is too far away. Finally, the hotline person (Victoria) was fortunately very kind and helpful. She managed to reach the hotel manager (Britney) who accepted my request for a refund. They however noted that since the payment had been made through Expedia, you are the only ones who can process the refund. Please confirm that this was done. Thank you.

Great value. The room was clean and updated. The pool was pretty good. Maybe I just got lucky but the shuttle picked me up right away. Very convenient for a quick stay from the airport.
