El baño está muy feo, la regadera muy pequeña, las tinas se cierran con cortina vieja y sucia. Necesita una completa renovación. The pool area is nice and not crowded. You are staying in a residential condo though so you do have to mind their myriad list of rules. There are a few places to walk to like Publix, couple of playgrounds, and a nearby strip of pretty good local Greek/Russian ethnic food. You can walk to a beach as well. The location is pretty easy access to drive to nearby beaches in case it’s crowded. Overall it’s a good area to be in and a nice place to stay. ##### Albert H. We also delighted in being across the street from one of Sunny Isles' many recreation areas, which meant that we could step out our front door to watch school kids at play and adult soccer leagues. Unlike one other guest who posted awhile ago, we didn't find the games noisy at all, and they added to the area's many pleasures. We also appreciated the attentiveness of AYP Rentals.
