1. Reception couldn't find my reservation which was frustrating 2. Telephone in room wasn't working properly 3. Wifi didn't work as I found out they spelt my last name wrong which was the wifi password - no apology. 4. The shower was awful, water leaked through the shower head. A bucket and cup would have been better.

The property overall was run down. It needs an extensive overhaul, in my opinion. The room had a great view, but it felt dirty. The vent looked like it had black mold. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The property could use updated furniture and carpets, and a whole new bathroom update! The parking fee of $30./night was unnecessary especially when there were not many available.

Really great spot for a stopover in Miami - we were headed to the Caribbean - it’s a fun vibe, has a little Miami styling, super nice staff. Mostly 4 stars because it’s aging and also I don’t think you would actually spend a week vacationing there, but it’s inexpensive - and be sure to get a water view room. I felt it was a great value and will always stay there if I’m going through Miami.

My stay was good but they gave me a room 606, which was directly behind the elevators, the ice machine and the housekeeping room. I could not get a good sleep due to the constant noise from the elevators all night and housekeepers in the adjacent room. Avoid room 606.

The bed mattress had zero firmness. Woke with a sore back. Walls were thin, and noises from outside travelled, waking me up. The number one job of a hotel is to provide a decent night's sleep. This hotel failed. Staff were not very helpful or friendly either.

Customer service was excellent. They hold your bags for you until your room is ready. They have a shuttle from the airport which was really convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Bed and pillows were terrible, I could not wait until my very early alarm went off to get out of bed! Pool was closed and pool area had about 6 stray cats scattered. Service and food at the bar was great, as was the friendliness of the shuttle bus staff. Really need to update the bedding!!
