The unit was clean, the check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the convenience of a dedicated parking spot.However, I did have a few reservations. There was no key or keypad to lock the door to the studio apartment itself, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the placement of electrical outlets wasn’t ideal for charging my phone and other electronic devices.Lastly, I may have missed this in the listing, but I wasn’t aware the unit was attached to what I assume is the owner’s home. Most places that we visited were all 20 min. away. Located in a neighborhood where we felt safe to go for walks.The suite itself was small but adequate for 2 people and had a small kitchen area with a table for two. Our host Franky & his lovely wife were very accommodating, and provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner. Communication was great. We liked the private coded access with a second door to lock inside. Parking was in front in driveway for 1 vehicle. There is no yard to access, but a small bistro table with chairs is located by the walkway. It has Roku t.v. which was a learning curve for us, but with assistance from our hosts, we figured it out.
