Sunny Isles, FL. Entire studio apartment. Entire apartment. Beautiful ocean front studio with gorgeous panoramic views of the prestigious Sunny Isles Beach, FL Riviera. Direct ocean balcony. Fully furnished, fully functioning kitchen. Maintenance includes, cable, Wi-Fi, a/c, electricity, water, valet & pool service. Including pool towels. Resort amenities, pool, gym, tiki, restaurant, coffee shop, spa, convenient store. Short- and long-term rentals available. Best Corner unit and view in the building. If this one is taken, we have 3 others just as great. Please ask all questions prior to rental. Tastefully Remodeled.  
  
Please read before booking. You can rent for as little as 5 days and most places have a mini of 10 days.  
  
The building administers parking. Valet is $30.00 or a Monthly fee paid to the City of Sunny Isles of $ 50.00 a month with Resort ID Parking across the street. There is a $ 450.00 resort fee paid directly to Landlord at least 14 days in advance,  
  
The Atlantic Ocean lines Sunny Isles Beach on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, with an archipelago of residential finger islands in between. It's connected to Miami's mainland by the William Lehman Causeway and the Northeast 163rd Street Bridge.  
Note: Pre-stay information is provided to guests after receiving full payment.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:  
\- Check-in after 4:00 PM  
\- There is a mandatory form included in 'Additional Documents' that is required to be filled out before arrival  
\- You will be given the key to the property when you check in at the front desk  
\- If you are checking in on the weekend, holidays, or after 4 PM Mon-Friday, you must get the key from the hotel lobby  
\- If you are checking in Monday -Friday, you can get the key from Jessica Vila's office, except for holidays  
\- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately  
  
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:  
\- Check out before 11:00 AM-Cleaning service will be there at 11:00 am sharp  
\- Before your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:  
\- Remove all perishable items  
\- Take out the trash  
\- Strip linens from all used beds  
\- Place all used linens and towels in a pile  
\- Text the Guest Contact after checking out  
\- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances  
\- Close and lock all windows and doors  
\- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

I Had a great stay at Ramada Marco Polo. The property is dated but my unit was really nice and clean. Directly facing the beach. You can t beat the location . Great dining a stones trow away. Nice pool and beach. I would go back to Mari s units. Was sad i had to go.

#### loving the ocean view

maria and danny are great hosts. very warm and welcoming. the view alone is worth it. waking up to the sunrise daily just makes you feel alive. great space and nice area in sunny isles. the beach is an elevator trip down. and the building is being constantly upgraded so im sure when i visit again it’ll be even a better experience. overall great experience !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Maria. We were the first renters and the newly remodeled unit was beautiful. She went above and beyond for our retirement celebration, from the espresso to the retirement decorations just for us! The private direct ocean balcony was spectacular. The entire unit was completely accessible for my wife's mobility even with a recently broken foot which required a knee scooter. The only review scored 4 stars was due to the lack of restaurants within walking distance, The restaurant and lounge looked lovely but was closed due to Covid. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful retirement beginning!
