Experience stunning views from the 52nd floor (PH1), centrally located for easy access to South Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Design District, and more. Near Margaret Pace Park with free tennis courts, quick access to Miami Beach, and free parking available. Renovated amenities include a spa, gym, BBQ grill, and laundry. Publix grocery store nearby. 24/7 security and a doorman for a secure stay. Ideal for remote work with a comfortable desk and high-speed internet.  
  
This is a spacious studio, featuring a large king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The space also includes a full kitchen and a lovely balcony with an amazing view. Well-equipped for those working from home, it provides a comfortable desk and chair along with high-speed internet.  
  
Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the administration office to register their facial recognition for access to the building. If the guest has a car, obtaining a transponder is necessary for garage access, with a fee of $25.  
  
This registration grants guests access to the building and all its facilities, including the unit, gym, spa area (incl. sauna), business center, laundry room (10th floor), and other amenities.
