Oct 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Communication The listing when you click on the get directions link doesn’t give you the right directions to the place so that was confusing. It also doesn’t tell you about any hidden fees so it ended up being about 30 more that what the listing shows. We didn’t get a 2 bathroom like the listing says and the 2nd bed is a couch bed that you can feel the springs when sleeping on. They also don’t already have sheets for the couch bed and when you call downstairs no one picks up. We ended up having to go downstairs to ask and they acted like they had no clue what we were wanting so had to repeat ourselves multiple times. They then took an hour and half to bring up. The place was really clean and the view from the balcony was really pretty, but they just need to be more transparent with what we are getting.
