The villa is located within the desirable Hallandale Beach, a beautiful destination with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The air-conditioned accommodation is 13 km from Hard Rock Stadium. The property is non-smoking and is set 14 km from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.  
  
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with pool views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area.  
  
Here you can spend your days lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the ocean, or strolling along the boardwalk. There are also several parks in the area, including Gulfstream Park, which features a casino, horse racing, shopping, and dining or for sports fans, the Hard Rock Stadium is just a short drive away and home to the Miami Dolphins and University of Miami football teams.   
  
The one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean and was named one of America's Best Beach Boardwalks by Travel + Leisure magazine with its brick-paved thoroughfare that hosts pedestrians, joggers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, and millions of others every year.

this was really not what we expected the place is small and not clean the closet doors are broken the pictures are deceiving... the pool was filthy and not heated!! when we asked for the heater they said we need to pay additional 50.00 per day!! they write it in microscopic print on the bottom as part of a long disclosure!! definitely not a paradise and not a heated pool!!!
