The property is beautiful, well kept, and gorgeous ocean view. The hotel amenities are incredible. The hotel is very family friendly as we saw numerous families with small children at the pool and around the property. We went to the beach most days and the service there was impeccable. We used the gym at the hotel and it was best gym I have ever seen on a property! The management company, Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was incredible. From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Spent a few days to celebrate the July 4th holiday and got perfect weather and an amazingly comfortable, clean and luxurious apartment. This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath unit is immaculately clean with a nice view of the ocean. Daisy greeted us in the lobby to get us settled. Fun hotel, but amenities and service were a little spotty for a hotel of this repute. The pools are small for such a large complex and chairs fill up well before noon. Simple and quick check in. Separate entrance from hotel, but get to enjoy all the hotel amenities, including the awesome pools, fun and hip rooftop restaurant, great easy-access beach with good service, and expansive daily buffet breakfast at the Habitat restaurant. My kids and I truly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. The condo is large, very clean, and comfortable. We will return! ##### Mark H. The unit at The 1 was perfect - clean, beautiful, and well appointed. The host reached out several times before our arrival to make sure that all of our needs were met.
