As usual, the resort and amenities are amazing...arguably the best on Miami Beach (which is why we keep coming back). The host was also great. She met us at the front desk at check-in, personally escorted us to the (very clean) unit, showed us around, answered questions, etc. Other hosts just have us let ourselves in and contact them with any problems so getting a live visit was a nice touch.
