Mar 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fantastic deal The location of this property is perfect for access to the beach, Ocean Dr and shopping on Lincoln. Note that the balcony view faces a building but this is as advertised in the listing and not a surprise. I still enjoyed my coffee in the morning and reading out there at night. Some unexpected pleasant surprises included a coffee pot with filters, extremely comfortable bedding, and blackout shades available behind the more sheer shades that allowed the place to have great light in the daytime but complete darkness at night. Be aware that the policy at the rooftop pool does not allow for outside food and drink as there is a bar up there. The view from up top is amazing. Towels are available at the lobby for a 10 deposit. Beach chairs are in the closet. Despite being right on Ocean Dr, the unit is surprisingly quiet from street noise. You could hear the energy from the street while on the balcony, but once inside, it was almost completely gone which was great for sleeping!There is a restaurant right below the building that is a great find for breakfast. My son and I were able to get breakfast there for 10-12 per day. They also have buy one get one free happy hour until 8p!Overall a great experience with good communication throughout. ##### Julie M.
