Stay in the heart of South Beach, just steps from top restaurants, pubs, and bars, and minutes from Ocean Drive and Brickell. This cozy rental features a comfy queen bed, a futon, a kitchenette, bathroom essentials, and beach gear for your convenience. A pre-check-in form and a $250 refundable security deposit are required via the Truvi app. If you're bringing a pet, a $100 pet fee applies. Relax and soak up Miami’s vibrant energy! COMMON AREA Living room: 1 Queen-sized bed 1 Futon Bed GENERAL TV with ROKU Unlimited Wi-Fi Beach Basics: chairs, umbrellas and towels Bath towels Building laundry room available Shampoo and soap Hair dryer Iron Keypad lock Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $30.
