We were boarding the plane when we saw that they had canceled. Two days prior, they sent us all of the information for entry into the unit and parking info. This was a huge stress as you can imagine. First of all, there were no reviews about this place before I booked, so I was really worried. I have never booked anything without reading the reviews. I BOOKED this place based off the pictures online, and I'm glad I did! PROS: The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The location was great. Communicate with the property manager was very efficient. He responded quickly each time we reached out. We were surprise to find a bottle of champagne and my favorite candy sitting on the counter top when we arrived. CONS: The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The apartment was freezing when we arrived, and we discovered that heat did not work. Manager said he would send maintenance, but they never showed up. The hot water in the tub comes out hot from the faucet, but when you turn on the shower it immediately goes cold. Taking a hot shower was a no go for the entire weekend. The front desk were extremely helpful and friendly with check-in. We had help with our luggage. The condo was a very welcoming space after a long drive to Florida and a day on the water. It was very well laid out and welcoming. It was very well decorated had everything that we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and nice fresh sheets. The balcony had plenty of room and faced the ocean. Our host David was very attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely love to stay there again.
