Awesome beachfront views from the room. Valet parking included in the price. Great price for the location. The room was old, worn out but very clean, painted in white with gray linoleum floor. There is a service elevator right next to it kind of noisy the first night but then I got used to the elevator going up and down. The pool is closed for repairs but one can sit on the patio for the nice ocean breeze. There is a restaurant and an outdoor Tiki bar but I drove to Whole Foods and cooked in the little kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Very upset about swimming pool being closed. No one communicated this to us. We wanted a pool for our vacation. It took away half of it enjoyment. We will come back only if pool opens again.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Don't even know where to start. First, lobby looked like a reception for the projects somewhere in New York, there was absolutely nothing nice about it, it was dirty, there were roaches and security was rude and looked miserable talking to customers. Second, the pool was green, like pond green, and fenced off - this totally felt like a rip off as nowhere in Expedia it mentioned the pool was closed. Third, the grounds are in total disregard and needing urgent cosmetic fixes; there was even graffiti in some walls. Fourth, the very expensive penthouse apartment we rented looked like it was trapped in the eighties, it has scratches on the floor everywhere, rust on virtually all metal surfaces, smelled like mold, dust everywhere, not even toilet paper.... and to top it off, the second night the AC went out!! They had to change us to another room (no penthouse, no ocean view anymore). I can't say enough bad things about this property and the rude staff that runs it. It's the equivalent of low income housing and the people that live in it, but on the beach. For your safety, your well being, and a proper enjoyment of your vacation, go somewhere else.

The property and rooms need updating, rusty sinks etc. We ate in BluGin, very overpriced and horrible service. When our meals were delivered, one was missing! In 1.5 hours our server only attended us once for beverages and once to take our food orders. Will not stay here again.
