The host was very responsive to a small issue we had (it was resolved).We loved the balcony and the view.I will say that it was prettyfairly noisy - lots of construction going on and it is close to downtown, so lots of traffic noise.A big plus for me was that there were a lot of hangers!We will be traveling to Miami again and we will definitely stay here again. ##### Nancy B. The fob for opening garage door never worked so we had to walk down long inside stairway to get to street level which was frustrating. We didn’t know what parking stall to park in either and one of the security people advised to move the vehicle to the right stall.
