This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. One parking space is included in your reservation for FREE. Additional parking spots can be obtained for a small charge through valet services at the front of the building. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping centers are located within a 5-minute walk. We do provide high-speed WiFi and Digital Programming TV. This Apartment Complex offers plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, including the tennis court and the conference room which can be booked through the front desk. Guest Access: All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 guests. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, meeting room.
