Very disappointed and not worth what we paid for
The property was not inspected prior to arrival and not what I thought I was paying for. None of the issues below were in the initial advertisement for the apartment prior to reserving it. I was not aware of any of these issues before I booked and paid for the reservation.
1. no hot water pressure in the kitchen, only the cold water side usable. shower nozzle in the bathroom was broken, when turned on, water shot out around the connections. These 2 issues were told to the manager as soon as we arrived and we were told they would not be fixed until Saturday, after we’d be gone already.
2. no washcloths or hand towels in the apartment. I had to call the manager and wait for them to be delivered.
3. The oven was completely unusable. There was a burner heating element hanging down inside the oven and the oven was not even connected to power. The left front burner on the stove was broken.
4. Some of the cookware items were still dirty from a previous guest, there was dried up food on the sheet pans and skillets.
5. many light fixtures that did not work. Either due to the bulbs being dead or poor connections. I was told AFTER I arrived that they had to disconnect the electrical connections in the master bedroom due to some electrical issues. television in bedroom did not work until my husband was able to fix some wire connections and re-configure the cables.
6. Dishwasher broken and not attached to the cabinetry.
7. leaking windows in bedroom and had standing water on floor.
