There was no pull chain in the main bedroom to turn off the lights when the fan was on. The bathroom had no towel racks or shelves in shower. My colleague and I stayed 17 nights in the apartment for an extended business trip from overseas. The host was very communicative and resourceful and so responsive it was unbelievable how swiftly he turned around the few requests I had (e.g. a new ironing board)... Superb customer focus. The apartment location is awesome. The decor is good, but showing a few knocks and bumps on skirting boards and walls in a very few places. But everything works, the terrace is lovely with great views, and overall it was a 5 star stay, and great value for money. Will certainly use it again if I am in Miami. Only negative was that the parking for the apartment is on the 9th floor, and it takes about ten minutes to get up or down as the corners are tight in the multi storey car park.
