The suite has a Private Patio with Hammock and grill ,ready to spend relaxed days. What you see in the photos is exclusively PRIVATE for you is NOT SHARED ,maybe in the morning SOME days you will see me or my husband cleaning the patio, picking up trash because we are the ones who take care of cleaning . The hosts were easy to communicate with. Minutes away from airport, downtown, beach, and Coral Gables. Easy drive to the Everglades. Enjoyed the patio every evening but there is a lot of traffic noise during rush hour as your at an intersection. Outside of that, a very quiet neighborhood. A sink in the “kitchen” would be nice but we knew this going in so it’s workable. There is a lot of privacy but there is a shared wall with a studio apartment.
