Minutes away from airport, downtown, beach, and Coral Gables. Easy drive to the Everglades. Enjoyed the patio every evening but there is a lot of traffic noise during rush hour as your at an intersection. Outside of that, a very quiet neighborhood. A sink in the “kitchen” would be nice but we knew this going in so it’s workable. There is a lot of privacy but there is a shared wall with a studio apartment.
